Where do you currently ship to?
Currently, Yao 1948 is only available in Singapore. Islandwide delivery, including Sentosa, is available.
Can I change or cancel my order?
• Unfortunately, orders received are non-refundable and cancellations are not allowed after payment has been processed.

When will I receive my package?
Packages will only be delivered on: Wednesday and Saturday
Cut off period for orders: 2 working days before delivery date.
If you order on a Tuesday, you will get your package on Saturday.
How much is the delivery fee?
Standard delivery fee is $8.
Free delivery for all orders above $80.
How long can I keep the broth?
The fish collagen broth is best consumed within two months.
Once thawed in the fridge, please consume within 2 days.
Please keep your broth in the freezer. It can be kept frozen for up to 6 months.
How do I prepare my broth?
Preparation method: Microwave
If fully-frozen, remove from packaging and microwave for 3 minutes. If semi-defrosted, remove from packaging and microwave for 2 minutes.
Preparation method: Stove top
Remove from packaging and place into a pot. Heat on medium-high until it liquifies.
For all preparations:
If you have purchased our fish maw or abalone, defrost them.
Add them in once soup is heated through.
Garnish with goji berries if you have purchased them. Serve immediately and enjoy.
How is the broth made?
Our preservative- and additive-free soup with no added salt and sugar is prepared following a family recipe. It is simmered for 6 hours before it is cooled and frozen.
It is made out of organic pork bones, old mother hen, organic fish sauce, JingHua Ham, fish cartilage and top shell.
